My brother has been at Sandridge long term care for 117 days now. While he continues to have multiple chronic health issues, they are being treated effectively and he has stabilized. The staff is friendly and attentive. The PT professionals are goal oriented and motivating. Activities that are offered are fun and provide for needed socialization. I thought I was going to lose my brother, but now we are enjoying quality time as he continues his long term care. Gos bless your team of care givers.
Darion I just got here and I received the warmest welcome from Mr Darion. He was the first person to come up to me, introduce himself, ask me how I was doing, feeling and make me feel welcome. The next day when I was settled in he stopped to do admissions and see how I was adjusting, help me with rules and overall make sure my experience was starting out well. Over all I've met some pretty nice people but the person that made me feel the most welcome and comfortable is Mr Darion. He's always had a smile and stays ready to answer questions and no question seems to be to small or annoying he has the patience of a saint and the ora to match. This was an absolute amazing hire. I wish I had someone like him in every hospital or office I go to. Very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and if he is unsure he will find out for you. Thank you so much Mr. darion for helping me with my nervousness, being shy and explaining everything to me that I needed to know to succeed.
I was here in 2024 and the physical therapy crew was my FAVORITE! When I came in and saw that basically all of them were gone I was soooo nervous! My occupational therapist is Megan and omg I listen to music during my therapy and one day I just started singing. She complimented my voice! But I will never forget rolling in and seeing the question of the day on the board!! Goodness does it get my mind rolling in the morning!! Now let me tell you guys about my physical therapist Candace! Omg talk about LIFESAVER!! She has taught me a new level of trusting myself and I will carry that with me for the rest of my life! I still got a ways to go BUT my heart has definitely been pulled in with this team and I know I am in safe hands! I trust them!! Literally everyone that has come in contact with me! Thank you ALL for your hard work and dedication to what you do!
The facility requires a deep cleaning and perhaps plumbing cleanouts. As you walk down the hallway, it smells of feces and urine. Understaffed, as they always tell our family there is no one available to help residents clean out thier areas. Clothing items and personal items are always stolen from our family member. The only thing that saves this place are the caring nurses who are also understaffed....
This place is horrible and should really be evaluated it is dirty, they don't pay attention to their patients. They lay in dirty undergarments. And there are drugs flowing through there with no security. It's not inhabitable for anybody !!!! Somehow everything is getting overlooked and it should really be evaluated....... I really need to shut down if it doesn't get taken care of.
